A call or a message. You describe the situation, we listen and ask the right questions.

Defining the brief
We set out your criteria, your timing constraints and the people to involve. You approve.

Proposal and quote
A written proposal, a clear scope, itemised fees. No surprises afterwards.

Deposit and kick-off
On major assignments, a deposit starts the work. Your client area opens the same day.

Coordinating the parties
Partners, suppliers, authorities: we organise, we follow up, we centralise.

Tracking in your client area
Every step is visible, every document is filed, every deadline is anticipated.

Delivery and settling in
Keys, vehicle, contracts, access: we are there when it all comes together.

Review and adjustments
A debrief after each assignment, to fix what needs fixing and note what will help next time.

Ongoing support
Your situation changes, your client area stays open. A new request takes two minutes.
Transparency
What you pay, and why.
Fees
Our fees cover the time spent scoping, coordinating and following up. They are set in the quote, before the assignment begins, according to its scope and duration. There is no public price list: every situation is different.
Third-party costs
Suppliers, carriers, bookings, supplies: costs incurred with third parties are passed on at cost, against receipts, with no hidden margin. You approve every significant commitment before it is made.
Travel expenses
When an assignment requires our presence on site, travel expenses are stated in the quote or agreed with you before departure.
Deposit
On larger assignments, a deposit is requested when the quote is signed. It starts the work and opens your client area. The balance is invoiced according to the schedule set out in the quote.
The quote and invoices are available in your client area. The quote is accepted online, with a timestamp.
Confidentiality
A commitment, and the technical means to back it.
- No player name, club or reference is published without your written consent
- Your documents are stored encrypted, in a private space, accessible only through temporary links
- You decide, module by module, what the people you invite can see
- Our partners are contractually bound to the same discretion
- You can export your data or request its deletion from your profile
